All of our food is freshly prepared here in the Farmhouse Kitchen by our chefs, we use as many local ingredients as we can find, and will always use Sussex, S.E. England then British produce first, in order to reduce food miles to minutes wherever possible!

Meet our Head Chef Ian, who joined us in August 2011.
He is an ambassador of local Sussex produce and our own farm reared meat. Watch out for lots more of this on our menu!
