Busy, busy, busy in the restaurant……
All of our food is freshly prepared here in the Farmhouse Kitchen by our chefs, we use as many local ingredients as we can find, and will always use Sussex, S.E. England then British produce first, in order to reduce food miles to minutes wherever possible! We are currently making the final decisions on our Spring Menu, so watch this space, more information coming soon!
