Career minded cook required for an exciting position
Spring Barn Farm Park is looking to recruit a cook for their kitchen team.
You will be
An experienced cook
Have a proven track record
Be creative with menu design using seasonal produce
Experienced in stock control, minimising wastage
Self motivated and able to motivate the kitchen team
Able to work under pressure
An interest in pastry an advantage
You will have:
Two current referees
UK citizenship or
Valid visa to work in UK
Food hygiene qualification
Own transport essential
Spring Barn Farm Park is a growing family business on the outskirts of Lewes East Sussex.
We offer our visitors a children’s farm attraction, Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant, Function Room (40seater maximum) and Campsite.
We opened our Farm Shop in September 2010
This position has great potential for someone wishing to work in a close knit team in a growing business.
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications
